Any unworn (other than trying on) and unwashed item(s) can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. This policy is firm and we will make no exceptions.
How to Return: All returns must be neatly repackaged, resent to our return address, (you are responsible for shipping costs) and accompanied by an email regarding the reason for your return. Please use the form below or reply to your order confirmation email.
Non-returnable items: Items not in new / unworn condition will be rejected during the return inspection.
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit.
All damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund or replacement. We will provide you a paid shipping label to ship the damaged product back to us and you will receive a full refund or replacement.
